Users of GalaxyTrail services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts
• Maintain the security of account credentials

• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Respect intellectual property rights of GalaxyTrail and third parties

4. Payment Terms

GalaxyTrail operates on a pay-per-qualified-lead model. Payment terms include:

• Charges apply only to leads that meet predefined qualification criteria
• Pricing varies by service tier and advertising channel
• Payments are processed monthly for leads generated in the previous billing period
• Refunds may be provided for leads that do not meet agreed-upon quality standards

GalaxyTrail is committed to protecting user data and privacy. We collect, process, and store data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, GalaxyTrail does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice to users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials provided by GalaxyTrail remain our intellectual property. Users are granted a limited license to use our services but may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

GalaxyTrail's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. GalaxyTrail reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Midland, Texas.
